Solids
Combine any solid color carpet with another to create dynamic borders and captivating insets in complementary or high contrast combinations. Solid colors, available in most fiber types, offer the elegant and sumptuous feel of “sueding” which results in a velvet texture. This style does show vacuum marks and footprints, but the cushiony softness gives a rich warmth and elegance to any room.

Textures, Twists and Friezes
These treatments add pattern and interest to solid colors. The twisting and crimping of the yarns will give a tone-on-tone look with one color, often referred to as “salt and pepper”.
This style hides dirt and footprints in a solid color and is popular in nylon fibers as well as in wool.

Shags
This is the ultimate proof that everything that goes around comes around again. Shags are back and they’re popular! Heavy, longhaired carpets in thick and thin yarn combinations work well in dens, bedrooms and anywhere you’d want soft acoustics and comfortable floors to lounge on. Shags come in a variety of textures and are offered in both wool and nylon fibers. Custom styles and colors are available too.

Printed Carpets
Until recently, the only way to get a pattern on the floor for residential use was to screen print carpets after manufacturing. This product is still an economical and practical option that offers great patterns though limited in pure color selections and detail. Printed carpets are most often created in nylon fibers, but are available in wool.

Woven Patterns
Woven carpeting is by far the largest growing sector in soft floor covering, because any pattern, such as florals, geometrics, fine and bold designs, can be achieved with this innovative process. Woven patterns in polypropylene have been the most successful product offering in soft flooring over the past decade, offering brilliant colors and detailed designs at very affordable pricing. Woven products, in any fiber, including nylon and wool, offer crisp clarity and performance.

Axminsters
Created for the high end commercial market, Axminsters feature large and fine patterns. Generally in an 80% wool, 20% nylon fiber content, they are traditionally made on axminster machines. These carpets are extremely durable and are commercially rated.
That’s why they are a practical choice everywhere in the home, especially the high traffic areas like steps and entryways.

Hand Tufted Products
This style of carpet is usually made of wool. They are durable, often custom designed and can be created to fit any area of the home with any pattern you desire. Another advantage of hand-tufted carpets is they can be manufactured in various weights for needed durability. In fact they are mostly used in custom applications such as wall-to-wall, margins or as area rugs. They are also offered in stock patterns for economy and convenience. Hand Woven
Nepalese and Tibetan weaves are the most popular, and valuable carpets. Although these styles are traditionally used to manufacture rugs, over the past few years we have been using this technique for custom wall-to-wall carpets because of their proven popularity in the rug market.
