Yes, Country Carpet allows you to customize any carpet or rug. You can customize the size to fit your home perfectly. Country Carpet specializes in custom products—with color, size, construction and fibers—and we can create any product to meet your home décor needs.
Every product comes with different warranties, which we will provide at the time of purchase. Note that step runners are not warrantied for wear. All of our installations are warrantied for life.
Country Carpet professionals will provide you with the correct padding for your specific product.
Carpets should be vacuumed two-to-three times a week, or as necessary. Try to develop a routine and vacuum more frequently in high traffic areas. (Important tip: Do not use a beater bar. Use suction vacuums only!) Clean spots and spills quickly! Stop dirt from entering by placing mats by the door—outside and inside—and remember to take your shoes off before entering.
We suggest spot cleaning your carpets or rugs when needed with a reputable spot cleaner or simple soap and water. We also recommend a professional cleaning of carpets and rugs every one-to-two years. To avoid stains, act fast and clean spots and spills very quickly. Absorb the spill. (Do not scrub or use a brush.) And then treat the spot or stain.

Yes, Country Carpet is a full-service company. We offer repairs and service on all products purchased at our showroom.
Country Carpet in-stock products can be delivered and installed as soon as the day after you place your order. Typical lead times for products that we need to order, however, is three-to-five weeks. Please note that back orders occasionally occur, so if your order is delayed, we will advise you through our customer service department.
Country Carpet will provide you with a two-hour time window for our team to arrive at your home to install your products. To prepare, it is helpful to pack up all loose items as well as remove everything from your floors. We ask that you also remove items from the tops of dressers. Someone must be present at the start of the installation. Remove valuables. Strip the beds of linens and blankets Remove all breakable items from the area that is being carpeted, and remember to detach and store wiring from TVs, stereos, and computers.
Carpets that we rip up are generally cut into small pieces and left for sanitation. We do offer cart away services. Please advise your Country Carpet design consultant if this is necessary and we will include it in your order. (Note that there is an additional charge for this service.)

Yes, we offer a choice of 6- or 12-month free financing options.
We offer “white glove” delivery service with our own Country Carpet truck and delivery team. Have your Country Carpet product delivered to your home, unpacked and installed by our experts. We also utilize UPS and FedEx for delivery options.
We can ship all across the U.S.
In-stock area rugs purchased from the showroom can be returned for full refund within one week of delivery. Each rug must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Unfortunately, products that need to be ordered, or custom orders, are not returnable or cancelable.
